I've been training with Kryssa for 4 weeks now and honestly loving every moment. I have lost 1 stone and 4 pounds already which i am thrilled about! The mixture of work out sessions has been immense and literally pushed me to the limits which I love. I've not had chance to get bored as things are switched so quickly to keep me interested and my body on its toes.

I've had meal plans devised as I'm keen to loose weight as was stuck in a rut (like most of us) I do have to plan and be prepped, but this has given me the control that I'd lost so I'm happy. 

Kryssa has helped me to commit achieving my goals and  been supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, motivating person that is changing my life.

The daily messages which keep me going when any doubt arises or just for reassurance are a nice touch which most PT's don't do!


Kryssa is quite possibly a one of the most motivated personal trainers in have had the pleasure of working with. She pushes you to the max in the workouts and keeps you guessing on what could be coming next. The workouts are interesting and challenging and you feel so such a rush of achievement when you complete them. 

Kryssa is always available to me as a client and offers me support and motivation every day she will be as hands on as you need and I definitely need this.

Her nutritional advice has helped me stay focused on the food I'm eating and she has also advised me on which vitamins and minerals to take to get the best out of workouts and my body so that I build lean muscle and burn fat!!!
She is an inspiration and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to help her clients.
