My name is Kryssa Antoniou and I am a qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer with experience in Pilates and Yoga. I'm based at Lifestyle Fitness and also do some home visits.
Fitness and Health well being is something I feel very passionate about, having experienced the extreme effects it can have on you if not approached in a healthy way I want to reach out and help as many people as I can.
Having 7 years of Professional Classical Ballet training, I have experience and knowledge in Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre. I also enjoy benefits of HITT and circuits as a good quick high intensity workout with effective results.

I can help you work on your flexibility, which will enable you to progress with the motions and movements in all aspects of your workout.
